Doug has served as a councillor on all three tiers of local government in two counties, and has previously represented Arlesey at both town and district levels.

He has worked across many sectors of employment, is a qualified nurse, and is currently self-employed. Doug's main priority for the Arlesey Ward will be to fairly represent all citizens and to make a positive difference to their lives.

Having lived in Clifton for more than 15 years, Kevin has grown to love and appreciate the area he now calls home.

His working life has covered periods of self-employment and, latterly, 20 years employed by a neighbouring local authority, where he has worked in many care and support settings.

Kevin says; “I am never happier than when helping people solve and overcome the problems many of us experience in our daily lives. I have a good knowledge of how local authorities function, the services they provide, and how we can manage these services to best effect for the people of Bedfordshire.”

Danny runs his own accountancy business and, if elected, will happily scrutinise the council budgets on your behalf. This will ensure that any monies are efficiently spent on council services and, keep funds within the locality rather than being given to large private businesses that often take taxpayers' money outside our area.

He says; "I will look at a programme of investment in our local economy and ensure that local needs are put first at all times."
