Georgina has lived in Bedfordshire for 14 years. She has a background in customer relations, which always required empathy and patience, and is passionate about the Labour Party principles of social justice and equality.

She says: “I believe that by listening and learning from Biggleswade residents about their ideas and concerns, I can make a difference and help to implement positive community changes.

"I would relish the opportunity to support and represent local people of all ages.”

Julian stood as the Labour candidate for North East Bedfordshire in the 2017 General Election, and is Chair of the Bedfordshire Rail Access Network which campaigns for improved access at Bedfordshire train stations.

A train driver, Julian spearheads commuter rights as co-founder of the Biggleswade Rail Users group. He represents some 2,500 train drivers as a full-time Health & Safety representative.

Julian says: “If elected, I will apply the same determination and persistence that I bring to my current role to the problems faced by the residents of Biggleswade. I will be the strongest advocate for the town.”
