Labour – rebuilding Westoning, Flitton and Greenfield for the many, not the few…

Rachel Garnham

Rachel has lived in Bedfordshire for 15 years and her children attend local schools. She is committed to defending local services and is passionate about making politics work for the many, not the few. She is concerned not only about funding cuts in local schools, particularly the impact on children with Special Educational Needs, but also the risk of potential reorganisation and the lack of local accountability through academisation.

Rachel is also committed to a greener Bedfordshire. She says; "Climate change is the biggest issue facing us. We must all do much more, especially in local government, to address the climate emergency."
